    • International airfare not to exceed $3,500 per Club attendee + guest.

    • *Home city may include the closest major international airport.  (Ex:  SB employees may need to utilize LAX)

All Club awardees receive $500 in Flexible Spending Credit.

Options for how to use your Flex Credit and Stretch $$$:

  • Premium or upgraded airline seating

  • Additional attendee/children costs

  • Spa services at safari lodge, use room credit.

  • Extended stay cost

You pick how the $$$ are spent.   

All excess charges are be paid via payroll deduction.

  • International airfare in excess of $3,500 per Club attendee + guest.*

  • Hotel expenses pre/post Club event (ex: additional nights)*

  • Hotel room upgrades

  • Additional activities/spa not outlined on this site

  • Minor children attending (unless one child is your only guest)*

  • Babysitting

  • Gift shop purchases

  • Meals not specifically outlined as included

  • You many not submit an expense report for Club.  This includes but is not limited to:

    • Long term parking

    • Baggage charges

    • Transportation to/fr origin (home) airport

    • Mileage to travel to origin (home)airport

    • Meals while traveling to/fr Club.
