LUGGAGE - CHARTER FLIGHTS

The Charter flights we are taking have STRICT luggage limitations. Be sure to read this thoroughly so you do not get caught having to ship your items and incur additional charges.

  • Carry-on is limited to one (1) small personal item per person of 7kg/15 pounds. You may NOT carry-on your roller-boards or duffels. All of these bags must be checked.

  • Our local travel company will be assisting with all the bags, they will not be in the general pool of airport luggage since we are on a charter flight.

  • Your checked baggage may not exceed 23kg/50 pounds per person. The hotels provide the basics, don’t waste your checked baggage weight on things that are provided by the hotel. Also remember, Novacoast is giving each Club attendee a jacket. Wearing your jacket helps save weight/space :)

  • Label ALL of your bags with your full name and contact phone including country code. Novacoast will be providing a laminated luggage tag for each person upon arrival to help with this.

MEDICAL/HEALTH

  • Medication and health supplies should be carried on with you.

  • TBD regarding weight restrictions (wheelchairs, etc)

CAMERA EQUIPMENT

  • MIf you are traveling with camera equipment, this should be taken on as a personal item.
